Our first interaction with Morreale Real Estate was back in 2003 when we purchased our first weekend home at Wolf Lake.  Over the next 2 decades, they became a great resource for all things Wolf Lake and Sullivan County from lake rules and regs, to things to do and see, and contractor recommendations.  During that time his son Matt has continued the family tradition of great market insight and customer service.  Fast forward to 2025, and we have now bought and sold 5 homes with Morreale Real Estate, and we wouldn't consider using anyone else to guide us through such important transactions.

Few know the foothills of the Catskills better than John Morreale. We met him by chance at an open house. Though that house wasn't for us, the brief encounter convinced us that he knew his market. He eventually helped us buy our house and did a superb job. John is tactful and sensible, and a true gentleman to boot.
